Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional bar experience Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Process cash transactions accurately and handle credit card payments using POS systems Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management for ordering purposes Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest age and monitoring consumption levels Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Familiarity with food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Experience with bar management tasks such as supervising staff or overseeing operations is a plus Knowledge of food service industry standards including catering, banquet service, and hospitality industry best practices Join us to bring your passion for beverages and exceptional service into a lively environment where every shift is an opportunity to create memorable moments!

Pay:
