• Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality service in a restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Manage reservations and waitlists effectively
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system

• Skills:

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurant industry preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
