As a Hotel Bartender, you'll be instrumental in elevating the guest experience through your energy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat visits. Manage bar inventory efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to track sales and stock levels accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to support banquet or catering services when needed. Uphold responsible serving practices by monitoring guest alcohol consumption and adhering to all applicable food safety regulations. Experience Prior experience working as a bartender in a hotel setting or fine dining environment is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory management. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience serving in nightclubs, banquet events, or catering environments is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Background in food handling, retail math, or hospitality roles that require basic math skills for transactions and inventory control. Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced settings.
