Role:

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender at Stratosphere Social, you will play a key role in creating a fun and memorable guest experience by preparing and serving beverages with efficiency, accuracy, and a friendly attitude. You'll help set the tone of the venue by providing excellent hospitalitity while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and ensure an exceptional experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems; handle cash handling with integrity. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy periods. Check guest identification to ensure compliane with alcohol service laws. Monitor guest behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar are

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting, with strong knowledge of mixology techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of beverage recipe development, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and cocktail presentation. Experience working in hospitality environments that emphasize customer service excellence and food safety compliance. Background in food handling, catering events, banquet service, or retail math is highly advantageous. Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in the hospitality industry. Previous bartending experience required.
