Server / Bartender Ultramar & Casa 77 Osteria are seeking experienced Servers/Bartenders to join our team on a part-time basis. Our restaurants offer two distinct dining experiences. Ultramar is an upscale seafood restaurant focused on polished hospitality and thoughtful points of service. Casa 77 Osteria is a more casual neighborhood restaurant serving lunch. With Casa 77 operating during the day and Ultramar serving dinner, there is an opportunity for the right candidate to work shifts at both restaurants . What You'll Do Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to guests Work both the dining room and bar as business needs require Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages Maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings Deliver polished points of service at Ultramar while adapting to the more casual environment at Casa 77 Accurately enter orders and payments using Toast POS Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service areas Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team Create a welcoming experience for every guest Follow responsible alcohol service and restaurant safety standards What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience is required Serving experience preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits Excellent communication and guest-service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable learning and using Toast POS A genuine interest in hospitality, food, and beverage Schedule This is a part-time position with flexible opportunities across both restaurants. Lunch/daytime shifts

Ultramar:

Dinner/evening shifts Candidates may have the opportunity to work at both restaurants , allowing for additional hours and a varied schedule. Pay:

From $7.55 per hour
