Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards Take orders accurately and efficiently process transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments and giving correct change Assist in food service when needed, including serving food items at the bar or in designated dining areas Support bar management with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and tracking beverage usage to minimize waste Skills Proven experience in bartending or serving within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, and cocktail presentation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beer options, and brewing processes Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus; banquet or catering experience is beneficial Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of an exciting team where your passion for hospitality shines!
