Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Maintain knowledge of beverage recipes, including developing new drink offerings to enhance guest experience Manage cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly and securely Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness Assist in bar management tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory control, and maintaining a clean work environment Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours and special events like banquets or nightclubs Experience Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, including bartending or serving in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with beer brewing processes or craft beer offerings is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience with food safety protocols, food handling, and sanitation standards in the hospitality industry Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Join us to elevate the guest experience through energetic service and expert beverage craftsmanship!
