Overview Hartland Glen Golf Course is seeking a friendly, dependable bartender to join our Bar & Grill team. The bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, take food orders, provide excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for golfers, outing guests, league members, and the general public. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling multiple customer orders at once. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required. Duties and Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service. Prepare and serve beer, wine, mixed drinks, and nonalcoholic beverages. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Enter orders and process payments using the point-of-sale system. Verify identification and follow all Michigan liquor laws. Monitor alcohol consumption and serve guests responsibly. Maintain an accurate cash drawer and properly handle credit-card transactions and tips. Keep the bar, counters, coolers, and surrounding areas clean and organized. Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, cups, and other supplies. Assist with opening and closing duties. Help serve golf outings, leagues, tournaments, and special events. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are prepared and delivered correctly. Wash and properly store glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.

Pay:

$7.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
