Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked appropriately. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Monitor alcohol consumption levels responsibly, adhering to all food safety and responsible beverage service regulations. Develop creative beverage recipes and contribute ideas for seasonal menus or specials to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including special events like banquets or nightclubs. Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments with strong mixology skills. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and cocktail recipes; ability to develop new beverages is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle challenging situations professionally. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
