Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nights at nightclubs or banquet events. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to keep the bar fully equipped for service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies diligently. Utilize excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining top-notch customer service. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS effectively. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience in retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions. Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with brewing techniques or the food industry is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality and serving guests with enthusiasm.
