Mainline Bar & Grill in Downer, MN is looking for highly motivated, dependable, positive people to serve our customers in a fast-paced environment! The perfect candidate would be energetic, friendly, and able to provide excellent customer service to our patrons. Must be over the age of 18 and available evenings & weekends, especially Sundays. Pay is based on experience level and skill set. Schedules and hours may vary each week, but is a part-time job, with potential for full-time hours. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Bartending and serving drinks Cashiering Providing excellent customer service. Cleaning, stocking, and prepping for next shift.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, lift, reach, walk, bend, and kneel. Ability to use both hands and arms to lift and reach. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
