Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive customer service. Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing drink menus to elevate guest experience. Handle cash register operations, process payments, and give correct change with basic math proficiency. Skills Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer service excellence. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods without compromising service quality. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for retail math and cash handling accuracy.
