Job DescriptionThe Barback supports bartenders by maintaining a clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready bar. This position helps ensure efficient beverage service and a positive experience for guests and team members.
The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Team members may lift up to 50 pounds during regular duties and work around noise, smoke, cleaning chemicals, uneven surfaces, and moving equipment. Equipment used may include a dish machine, pallet jack, and two-wheeler.
QualificationsAbility to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organization, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Positive and professional attitude.
Commitment to excellent guest service and workplace safety.
Ability to comply with uniform and appearance standards.
