Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.

BARTENDER EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED, BUT DOES HELP. MULTI TASKING AND TAKING INITIATIVE IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
• Maintain an extremely high level of cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving any issues or complaints
• Adapt to seasonal menu changes and weekly specials when necessary

Skills:

• Proficient in food handling and safety procedures
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling
• Strong retail math skills for accurate cash handling
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in bartending is a plus
• Demonstrated hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Previous experience in the food industry is highly desirable This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Server to join our team.
