Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.BARTENDER EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED, BUT DOES HELP. MULTI TASKING AND TAKING INITIATIVE IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain an extremely high level of cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving any issues or complaints
- Adapt to seasonal menu changes and weekly specials when necessary
Skills:
- Proficient in food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Strong retail math skills for accurate cash handling
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in bartending is a plus
- Demonstrated hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Previous experience in the food industry is highly desirable This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Server to join our team.
Note:
Must have reliable transportation. Multi-tasking skills required. Need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Pay:
$15.00- $60.
