Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings and guest satisfaction Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of all alcohol and ingredients Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at the bar area in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to deliver seamless service in diverse settings Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Familiarity with beverage recipe development and crafting innovative drinks Background in food service or restaurant operations with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Join us to be part of a lively team that values your expertise and passion for hospitality!
