Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders for food and drinks using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options in a timely manner Ensure all food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently Maintain a clean and organized bar area and dining space, adhering to health regulations Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing detailed product knowledge Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Demonstrated ability in time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while ensuring compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and sales tracking purposes Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
