Must have experience. . Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead Craft Bartender for our elevated beverage service. In this role, you will craft innovative cocktails and serve high-quality drinks in a lively, casual upscale environment. Your enthusiasm for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Positively lead the FOH team Closing duties Ordering Follow all NC ALE laws Collaborate to create new and seasonal craft cocktails Prepare and serve a wide variety of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Use Toast POS system. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently through excellent time management skills during busy hours. Upsell menu items effectively to increase sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations and company policies. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and tracking beverage levels regularly. Collaborate with team members and owners to ensure smooth operations during events such as banquets or nightclub nights. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Experience Proven experience as a CRAFT bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods using retail math skills. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Pay:
