Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS system (TOAST) Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends and customer tastes Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations during shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food service during events or busy periods such as banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or hospitality environments, including banquet or catering settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest loyalty Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and food safety procedures Previous experience working with food handling standards and maintaining a clean work environment is preferred Join us to bring your passion for beverages and hospitality to life!
