This means that even during slower periods, you'll never earn less than $20 per hour. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items accordingly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that excite our patrons Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver seamless food and beverage service during busy hours or special events like banquets and catering functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, restaurant, or hospitality environments with food service experience Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and food handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Previous experience in food industry roles such as banquet service or catering is a plus Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to ensure a positive guest experience Join us to bring your passion for beverages and exceptional service into a lively environment where every shift is an opportunity to delight guests!
