Duties This position is primarily a Server position with some occasional bartending. Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with food safety regulations. Process cash transactions efficiently while handling cash handling procedures with accuracy. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages, including spirits, wine pairings, and specialty drinks to enhance guest experience. Assist in food service by delivering meals promptly and checking in on guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Support bar management by restocking supplies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer offerings, and beverage presentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations related to sales and inventory. Experience in fine dining environments or nightlife venues like nightclubs is advantageous; banquet or catering experience is also valuable. Pay:
