Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks that enhance their experience Operate POS systems to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and exciting Handle cash handling duties responsibly while processing payments swiftly and accurately Collaborate with restaurant staff during service to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery in fine dining or banquet settings Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe creation is mandatory.
