Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly using POS systems Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth service Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with a strong foundation in mixology and beverage presentation Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and cocktail recipes Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Prior food service experience with a focus on customer service excellence in hospitality environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Experience in food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Strong math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and basic accounting tasks Knowledge of beverage recipe development to create innovative drinks that delight guests Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively setting!
