Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our team. You will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable guest experiences. Pay ranges from $10.00 to 12.50 (plus tips), depending on experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of specialty drinks and signature cocktails Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including processing payments and handling cash responsibly Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience while staying within operational guidelines Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow and minimize downtime Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service quality, safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in mixology and beverage crafting within fine dining or upscale hospitality settings Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail techniques, and beverage recipe development Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly Food safety certification and understanding of proper food handling procedures are essential Previous experience in nightclub or banquet settings is preferred for versatility in service environments Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, billing, and inventory management effectively Hospitality industry experience demonstrating professionalism in fast-paced environments is highly valued Join us as an Experienced Bartender where your passion for mixology meets your talent for creating lively social atmospheres.
