Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation and knowledge of food handling will contribute to an unforgettable dining experience. Looking for someone who is available from 3pm to 10pm on weekdays. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling practices. Handle cash transactions accurately using Clover POS system, ensuring proper cash management practices are followed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Experience in serving or bartending is preferred. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
