Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines Engage with guests warmly, providing attentive customer service to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures across all bar areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process orders and payments smoothly and securely Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, adhering to legal requirements and company policies on alcohol service Manage food safety protocols by handling ingredients properly and preventing cross-contamination Keep the bar stocked, organized, and clean throughout shifts, including glassware, garnishes, and supplies Experience Previous experience working as a bartender or in a restaurant environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is essential for maintaining a safe environment Familiarity with POS systems for order processing enhances efficiency in service delivery Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Ability to follow detailed instructions for drink recipes and safety protocols Experience in handling cash or electronic transactions accurately is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your lively spirit fuels memorable moments!
