www.fiftyfivemain.com Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling with integrity. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to enhance the guest experience. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste; monitor stock levels regularly. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy periods, including nightclubs, banquets, or special events. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with a strong foundation in mixology, cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; ability to process transactions swiftly and accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in a lively setting. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods efficiently. Previous experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay:

$8.00 - $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
