• POSITION SEASONAL SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER

• Prepare for opening according to company procedures including inspection for adequate supplies, procuring additional supplies as necessary, and preparing garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
• Greet guests as they enter the bar area.
• Mix, prepare and serve drinks according to approved recipes.
• Collect checks/payment for drinks served.
• Maintain and clean bar equipment.
• Maintain records of liquors, beers, wine, and sundries to ensure par stock is maintained at all times.
• Maintain daily inventory and records showing which drinks and liquors are in the greatest demand. Assure the efficient and timely submission of all required reports.
• Clean and lock-up according to company procedures.
• Assist golfers with food and/or beverage orders.
• Stock beverage carts with inventory from cooler.
• Make change and process credit card charges according to procedures.
• Verifies inventory of merchandise to the inventory count sheet at the beginning of shift.
• Verifies and balances the actual ending inventory quantities against the inventory count sheet and the created POS ticket.
• Generates an inventory count sheet with each replenishment until final ticket close out.
• Turn in appropriate paperwork with bank to Accounting at end of shift.
• Maintain a clean working environment, to include Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness of Beverage Cart.
• Assist as needed in other Food and Beverage areas on or near the golf course such as The Hill Tavern restaurant.
