The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting delicious beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Includes tips. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and Aloha POS system, ensuring all orders are billed correctly. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items, drinks, and specials. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders during busy periods, particularly during catering events or banquets. Assist in training new staff members in bartending techniques, food handling practices, and customer service standards. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience with Clover OS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests in a friendly manner. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within a restaurant or nightclub setting is advantageous. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
