Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance the menu and meet guest preferences Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently to ensure seamless service throughout the night Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering beverage recommendations based on their tastes Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at the bar area according to health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Proven bartending skills with expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, spirits knowledge, and beverage recipe development Strong understanding of wine varieties, craft beer options, and food pairing principles in a fine dining or hospitality setting Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy Sunday nights Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments such as fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your bartending talents will be celebrated!
