The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in a comfortable but elevated setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. This includes methods such as proper stirring and shaking techniques, as well as usage of common bar supplies such as jiggers for specialty and classic cocktails. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations. Operate POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing transactions and balancing cash drawers. Uphold high standards of hospitality while ensuring compliance with local health regulations regarding food safety. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet services is highly desirable. Knowledge of brewing techniques and food industry standards is beneficial. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
