Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any issues promptly. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth operation during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events such as banquets or catering functions. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods. Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is advantageous.
