Experienced Club Bartender We are seeking an experienced, professional bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at a private club. The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background, excellent cocktail and wine knowledge, and the ability to provide polished, personalized service to members and their guests. Minimum 5 years of professional bartending experience required. Responsibilities & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, fine-dining restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Prepare all beverages according to standardized recipes and proper pour specifications. Provide warm, attentive, and professional service while learning members' preferences. Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality with every beverage served. Accurately enter orders and properly account for all beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Follow all alcohol-service, sanitation, safety, and Club policies. Work effectively with servers, managers, culinary staff, and fellow bartenders. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Professional appearance, positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills are essential. We are looking for someone who understands that private-club bartending is about more than making drinks—it is about building relationships, anticipating members' needs, and delivering consistent, exceptional hospitality.
