The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with guests and provide exceptional service will be key to our success. MUST be available nights and weekend Day/Nights Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings. Process orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate billing. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering services as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the hospitality or food industry is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell drinks and menu items effectively. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of various drink recipes, including cocktails commonly served in nightclubs or banquet settings. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
