Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash transactions with precision and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Develop new beverage recipes and assist in menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events such as nightclubs or catering functions Experience Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without sacrificing quality Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations Experience with food service operations including food safety practices and serving procedures Knowledge of beverage trends such as craft beer or specialty cocktails is a plus; catering experience is also beneficial Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating extraordinary guest experiences through exceptional service and innovative drinks.
