Job Description
Big Ditch bartenders possess a true passion for great service and great beer. This position will execute high-quality service for our bar guests. This is a part-time position.
Duties:
- Responsible for extensive knowledge of the food and beer menu;
- Responsible for beer, wine, and liquor service;
- Responsible for guiding bar guests through the Big Ditch experience;
- Responsible for stocking bar items such as glassware and cocktail prep items;
- Responsible for changing out kegs as needed;
- Complete other duties as requested or assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and helpful personality;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Team-oriented, organized, and punctual;
- Must be able to carry up to 30 pounds, lift, bend, stand, walk, and climb stairs 100% of shift;
- Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- No specific experience or higher education is required.
