Job Description

SERVER/ BARTENDER/ MIXOLOGIST

MUST BE CONSISTENT

must follow recipes Must be able to SERVE as well. We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Server/Bartender to join our team.

Schedule:

Evening shifts starting around 4:00-5:00 PM Must be available mostly weekends, including Friday and Saturday nights Part-time position with the possibility of additional shifts

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive service to guests Take food and drink orders accurately Prepare and serve wine, cocktails, beer, and other beverages Learn our cocktail, wine, and food menus Check identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service guidelines Process payments and handle cash accurately Keep the bar, tables, service stations, and surrounding areas clean and organized Complete opening, closing, restocking, and side-work duties Work closely with the kitchen and other team members during busy shifts

Qualifications:

Previous serving or bartending experience preferred Cocktail and wine knowledge is a plus Must be reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer-service skills Must be able to work weekends and remain on your feet throughout the shift We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who works well with a team and takes pride in providing excellent service.
