Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Upsell drink specials and promote new menu items
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink presentation
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations related to food and beverage service
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages

Skills:

• Restaurant experience to understand the dynamics of working in a food and beverage establishment
