Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender who is either ATAP (Alcohol Training and Authorization Program) certified or willing to obtain certification promptly. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments swiftly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate replenishment needs to management Handle bar management responsibilities including supervising bar staff during shifts, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and enforcing safety policies Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail mixology Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Strong sales ability with a focus on upselling beverages and enhancing guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations (ATAP certification preferred or willingness to obtain) Experience in beverage recipe development and understanding of beverage trends including craft beer and specialty cocktails Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate processing of transactions Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments with an emphasis on hospitality industry standards Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends; nightclub or catering experience is a plus Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests by blending your passion for mixology with top-tier customer service.
