Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service and promote a welcoming atmosphere. Manage bar operations efficiently, including processing cash transactions, handling POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and maintaining accurate tabs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods and special events. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender with knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub environments, or catering is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of alcohol beverages. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate billing. Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting unique drinks is a plus. Hospitality industry experience including food service or restaurant background preferred.
