Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and appealing. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food pairings and support banquet or catering events as needed. Handle cash handling procedures responsibly while processing payments accurately using POS systems. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on fine dining or upscale environments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, craft beer, and cocktail presentation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Experience in food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly. Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
