Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and has a strong knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, and wine . Our bartenders should be confident working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable handling high-volume service, and able to provide excellent service during both regular business hours and large private and catering events . Duties Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and specialty beverages following standard recipes Demonstrate knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, wine, and beverage pairings Interact with guests, take orders, answer questions, and make thoughtful beverage recommendations Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality throughout the guest experience Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper sanitation of the bar and service areas Operate the Aloha POS system accurately and efficiently Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Maintain awareness of responsible alcohol service and guest safety Work efficiently during high-volume service, live music nights, private parties, weddings, and large catering events Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience Qualifications & Skills Previous bartending experience required Knowledgeable and passionate about craft beer, cocktails, and wine Experience working in a high-volume restaurant, brewery, winery, or bar environment Experience with banquets, catering, private events, or large-scale service strongly preferred Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and beverage service Knowledge of Aloha POS systems is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic retail math and cash-handling skills Ability to work independently while being a strong team player Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and special events Must be of legal drinking age and able to comply with all applicable alcohol service laws What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who understands that bartending is more than making drinks — it's hospitality.
