Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and mixology standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy periods such as banquets or nightclub events Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with bar management tasks to optimize operations Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine selections, spirits, and beverage options to guests Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Expertise in cocktail mixing, beverage recipe development, and spirits knowledge Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Experience with wine knowledge, craft beer selection, bar management practices, and hospitality industry standards Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your passion for hospitality can shine!
