We're looking for people who are comfortable around customers, can keep up when service gets busy, and enjoy working as part of a lively front-of-house team. You could be behind the bar for part of your shift and serving tables for another, so there's plenty of variety. The Basics Full-time and part-time opportunities Dayton, OH Day, evening and weekend shifts Competitive hourly pay + tips Paid training Behind the Bar & On the Floor Depending on the shift, you'll be: Taking food and drink orders Preparing and serving beer, wine, cocktails and other drinks Serving tables and checking in with guests Processing cash, card and mobile payments Answering menu and drink questions Keeping the bar stocked with glasses, ice and supplies Clearing and resetting tables Keeping bar and service areas clean Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff Following alcohol service and food safety requirements Who We Need Previous bartending, serving or restaurant experience is useful, particularly for bar shifts, but we're open to different levels of experience. You'll need to be friendly, reliable and comfortable working at pace. You should also be confident speaking with customers and able to stay organised when several orders are coming through at once. Applicants must meet Ohio's legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Your Schedule Shifts are available across days, evenings and weekends, with schedules depending on availability and business needs. There are opportunities for consistent weekly hours, and reliable team members may also be able to pick up additional shifts.
