Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding the sale and service of alcohol
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
• Handle difficult situations with customers professionally and resolve any issues that may arise

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of retail math, including cash handling and basic math skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry preferred
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of food handling safety regulations
