Duties Prepare and serve a variety of wine, cocktails, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests to recommend wine pairings and beverage options based on their preferences and our menu offerings. Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage recipes, including developing new cocktails and enhancing existing ones to delight our patrons. Operate Toast POS system accurately for processing cash transactions, orders, and sales reports. Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage of beverages in compliance with food safety standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a lively atmosphere, addressing guest needs promptly, and handling any concerns professionally. Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations and sanitation protocols throughout the bar area. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments; previous bar management experience is a plus. Extensive knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, and food pairing principles. Skilled in using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Toast POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience with cash handling, basic math skills for accurate billing and inventory management. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices in a hospitality setting.
