Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all beverages are stored properly according to food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service support during busy periods or catering events Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender with knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Previous experience in fine dining establishments or hospitality industry preferred Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting specialty cocktails is highly desirable Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking Embrace your passion for hospitality by bringing energy, creativity, and professionalism to our team.
