Job Summary Bartenders provide friendly, courteous, and family-style service to all guests, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the overall guest and gaming experience. Bartenders must efficiently serve patrons in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a genuine commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Each bartender plays a key role in ensuring guests have a remarkable and memorable experience. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and team members as well as demonstrate resiliency to manage difficult situations in all types of business conditions Responsible for taking beverage orders from guests, and servers, prepare drinks correctly, and return these orders in a timely manner Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and Team Members Responsible for the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers clean and orderly Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors Backups up restaurant servers and help seat guests and take food orders if necessary Performs other duties as assigned What You Will Need Must be 19 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Required Proficient in English verbal and written Proficient with iOS devices Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule
