The Haul is hiring an experienced server/bartender for full-time and part-time positions in Downtown Grants Pass. We are looking for someone with solid hospitality experience who can step into a busy FOH environment and work confidently as part of a team. Previous serving and bartending experience is important for this position. You should be comfortable managing a section, working behind the bar, making cocktails consistently, pouring and talking knowledgeably about beer, using a POS system, and maintaining strong service standards throughout a shift. We're looking for someone who brings genuine hospitality, good energy, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable engaging with guests, reading the room, staying organized during busy service, communicating clearly with the kitchen and other FOH staff, and jumping onto expo or helping another part of service when needed. Cocktail and beer knowledge are a major part of the job.
We want someone who can:
Make classic and house cocktails accurately and consistently Understand basic spirits, ingredients, and bar technique Pour and serve beer properly Talk comfortably with guests about different beer styles and our offerings Make recommendations based on what a guest enjoys Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar The Haul is a scratch kitchen, and we bring that same mindset to our beverage and service programs. We care about quality, consistency, communication, cleanliness, and people who take pride in doing things correctly. We have an experienced crew and are looking for someone who can contribute to that team — someone dependable, capable, quick on their feet, and genuinely good with people. Full-time and part-time positions available. Cash tips from Day 1. Wage increases based on demonstrated competence and performance.
