Responsibilities Manage daily bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Lead and motivate bartenders and bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Oversee beverage preparation, including cocktail creation, wine service, craft beer offerings, and beverage recipe development to keep menus fresh and exciting. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and responsible beverage service practices. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue while controlling costs. Train staff on proper serving techniques, cocktail mixing, food handling, cash handling, and customer engagement to foster a welcoming environment. Maintain a thorough understanding of fine dining standards, catering services, banquet operations, and retail math to support diverse service needs. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing. Proven expertise in mixology, cocktail crafting, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage recipe development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a hospitality or food service setting. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy hours. Deep understanding of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience working in fine dining environments or high-volume restaurants with banquet or catering operations. Knowledge of craft beer brewing processes and retail math for accurate inventory management and sales analysis. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for diverse clientele.
